These terms apply to ExportCue. By using the app, you agree to use it within the product boundaries below and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.

What ExportCue does

ExportCue reads a supported video selected by you and presents measured signals and an honest coverage record for your review. You decide what each signal means and whether to upload, publish or deliver the video.

What ExportCue does not do

ExportCue does not repair or modify the source video. It does not certify a file, guarantee that a video is error-free, confirm platform compatibility or replace a complete editorial, legal, accessibility, safety or technical review. “Review complete” means only that the readable timeline and detected cues were reviewed.

Your media and decisions

You are responsible for having the right to access and analyze the media you select. You remain responsible for creative, publishing, delivery, copyright, privacy and platform decisions. Do not rely on ExportCue as the sole check where an error could cause injury, legal liability or critical loss.

Supported inputs

Version 1.0 supports the input limits stated in the app and on the product page. iOS and hardware capabilities can affect whether a codec can be read. Unsupported files are rejected rather than converted or partially certified.

Purchase

ExportCue is sold as one upfront paid app. Payment, regional price, tax, family sharing and refund handling are provided by Apple under the App Store terms for your storefront. ExportCue has no subscription or in-app purchase.

Availability and changes

The developer may update the app for iOS compatibility, security, reliability, detection accuracy or App Store requirements. There is no promise of a cloud service, account, platform rules database or daily content operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ExportCue is provided without a guarantee that it will detect every problem or operate with every file, device, editor, codec, player or platform. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
